To all artists participating in our exhibitions:
Visa Requirements
Effective immediately, artists holding Chinese passports who wish to participate in the Taiwan Art Fair cannot have their business visas processed by our company. However, artists with long-term work visas from countries such as the UK, USA, Australia, etc., may transit through a third country to Taiwan. Holders of Hong Kong or Macau passports can apply for Taiwan visas online. This policy is in accordance with Article 9 of the Act Governing Relations between the People of the Taiwan Area and the Mainland Area.
Conduct at Exhibitions
As we handle artists from diverse national backgrounds, we emphasize mutual respect and professionalism at all exhibitions. Please refrain from engaging in any form of attack, defamation, or negative competition. We promote a harmonious environment where artists support each other's growth. Legal responsibilities under Article 184 of the Civil Code apply to defamation cases.
Respect and Dignity
Taiwan is a sovereign and independent nation. Our company is solely owned by Taiwanese nationals without investment from China or any other foreign nationality. We expect all foreign artists participating in our exhibitions to respect the rights and views of Taiwanese participants. Threats or coercion against personal ideologies and identities of Taiwanese individuals are strictly prohibited. Any harassment or threats will be investigated under Article 305 of the Criminal Code, leading to exhibition bans with no refund of exhibition fees. In non-Taiwan exhibition locations, local law enforcement will be alerted for assistance.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
